Warranty Period<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">All products sold by Gizter have a warranty period of 30 calendar days from delivery, unless the manufacturer grants a longer period. This period is disclosed in accordance with Article 8 of Law 1480 of 2011, which allows the seller to announce the warranty period that applies to its products.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The warranty covers manufacturing or operating defects that are not caused by improper use of the product.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Repair, replacement, or refund will be carried out as set forth in Law 1480 of 2011.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">We recommend checking the product as soon as you receive it and reporting any defect as early as possible, so we can resolve your case faster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Warranty Exclusions<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The warranty does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, improper handling, impacts, drops, or contact with liquids.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Damage caused by not following the installation, use, or maintenance instructions provided in Spanish on the product page or with the order.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Work or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Products with broken or altered security seals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Imperfections or deterioration disclosed to the customer on the sales invoice and accepted by them, solely regarding that imperfection or deterioration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. How to Make a Warranty Claim<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To request a warranty claim, the customer must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Contact Gizter by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@gizter.com\">info@gizter.com<\/a> or by phone or WhatsApp at <a href=\"tel:+573165130407\">(+57) 316 513 0407<\/a> in Colombia or <a href=\"tel:+19293999579\">(+1) 929 399 9579<\/a> in the United States, providing the order number, a description of the damage, and photo or video evidence.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">If Gizter requests it, send the product to the address provided, in its original packaging or in conditions that ensure safe transport. In many cases, photo or video evidence is enough to resolve the request without sending the product.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Gizter will review the case and respond within a maximum of 15 business days from receipt of the request or, if shipping was required, from receipt of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If the claim is valid, Gizter will proceed with the repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In accordance with Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Statute:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 5 business days after delivery of the product by writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@gizter.com\">info@gizter.com<\/a> with their order number.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all its original packaging.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Shipping costs and any other costs related to returning the product will be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Gizter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Gizter will issue the refund within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the moment the customer exercises the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The customer may cancel their order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped, by writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@gizter.com\">info@gizter.com<\/a> or via WhatsApp with their order number.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In that case, Gizter will refund 100% of the amount paid using the same payment method.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled; however, upon receiving it, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal under the terms of section 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases. These products keep their legal warranty:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Personal-use items.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Perishable goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. Refund Timeframes and Methods<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase: Mercado Pago for purchases from Colombia and PayPal for purchases from the United States.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">For withdrawals, the refund is issued within a maximum of 15 calendar days from when the customer exercises the right. For warranty claims or cancellations, it is issued once the request is approved, within that same timeframe.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">After Gizter processes the refund, the time it takes to appear depends on the bank or payment platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>8. Governing Language<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This document was originally written in Spanish, the official language of Gizter and of the Republic of Colombia, where this store operates. The English version is provided solely as a courtesy to help our customers in the United States understand it. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the Spanish version and its English translation (or any other language), the Spanish version shall prevail in all cases.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9.
