Solo aplican la garant\u00eda legal por defectos y el derecho de retracto seg\u00fan la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la garant\u00eda de los productos?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos nuestros productos tienen&nbsp;<strong>30 d\u00edas calendario de garant\u00eda legal<\/strong>&nbsp;a partir de la entrega, para cubrir&nbsp;<strong>defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Algunos fabricantes pueden ofrecer un tiempo mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u00bfQu\u00e9 no cubre la garant\u00eda?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Da\u00f1os por mal uso, golpes o instalaci\u00f3n incorrecta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desgaste normal por uso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reparaciones hechas por terceros no autorizados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productos con sellos de seguridad rotos o alterados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productos en promoci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>remate o sin garant\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u00bfC\u00f3mo hago efectiva la garant\u00eda?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contacta a Gizter v\u00eda\u00a0<strong><a>contacto@gizter.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0o al\u00a0<strong>316 513 0407<\/strong>, indicando tu pedido y describiendo el problema (puedes enviar fotos o video).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Env\u00eda el producto a la direcci\u00f3n indicada por Gizter, en su empaque original o seguro para transporte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisaremos tu caso y responderemos en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de\u00a0<strong>15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la reclamaci\u00f3n procede, se reparar\u00e1, repondr\u00e1 o devolver\u00e1 el dinero seg\u00fan corresponda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. \u00bfPuedo devolver un producto si me arrepiento?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00ed.
