2. User’s Legal Capacity

The website is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. By registering or making a purchase, users confirm that they meet this requirement.

3. User Registration and Account

To make a purchase, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
Gizter is not responsible for the misuse of credentials by third parties.

4. Products and Prices

Published prices include applicable taxes in Colombia, unless otherwise stated.
Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers, including Mercado Pago in Colombia and PayPal in the United States. Wompi will also be available soon for customers in Colombia.
Gizter does not store financial information from credit cards or bank accounts.
Payment confirmation is required before an order can be shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are handled by national and international shipping and logistics providers.
Some products may be shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer, including from locations outside Colombia, depending on the product’s origin. This may affect delivery times.
Delivery times may vary depending on the buyer’s location and the availability of the courier service.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the condition of the shipment lies with the courier company.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Colombia’s Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011):

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 5 business days of delivery, provided that the product has not been used, is in perfect condition, and remains in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by an error on Gizter’s part.
Gizter reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before approving the return or refund.

For customers in the United States, Gizter voluntarily extends the same return policy, even though U.S. federal law does not require a specific return period for a change of mind. In any case, any product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the product description will be eligible for repair, replacement, or a refund, regardless of the time limits stated above, without limiting any additional rights that may be available to customers under the laws of their state of residence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, and code) is owned by Gizter or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Liability

Gizter is not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions, or delays beyond its control.
Gizter does not guarantee that the site is free of viruses or other elements that may affect the operation of devices.
Misuse of the online store shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For customers in the United States, Gizter operates in accordance with generally applicable principles of e-commerce and consumer protection, without limiting the primary jurisdiction of Colombia.

12. Prevailing Language

This document was originally written in Spanish, the official language of Gizter and the Republic of Colombia, where the store operates. The English version is provided solely as a courtesy to help our customers in the United States understand its contents. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the Spanish version and its English translation (or any other language), the Spanish version shall prevail in all cases.
