All Gizter products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. Some manufacturers may offer a longer warranty period.
Delivery times vary by destination. Orders to the US typically arrive within 13 to 18 days. Orders to Colombia typically arrive within 20 to 25 days. In some cases, your order may arrive sooner than estimated. These times include international shipping to your country.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it in real time from our Shipment Tracking page by entering your tracking number. You’ll also receive automatic updates on the status of your order.
We accept Mercado Pago for customers in Colombia and PayPal for customers in the US. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or any other payment method available through each platform.
