Gizter, an individual registered under Colombian Tax ID (RUT) No. 1.090.390.391-5, with its registered address at Manzana E12 L17, Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, Colombia, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable Colombian data protection laws, establishes this Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy. This policy applies to users who access the website at www.gizter.com and its services, both in Colombia and the United States.
1. Ownership and Scope
This policy applies to all collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data carried out by Gizter through its online store and customer service channels.
Use of the website constitutes express acceptance of this policy.

Gizter only collects the personal data necessary to process your purchase and provide customer support, such as:

Gizter’s website and services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

The English version is provided solely as a courtesy to help our customers in the United States understand its contents. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the Spanish version and its English translation (or any other language), the Spanish version shall prevail in all cases.
